Terms and Conditions
 
1.              The request to have a property auctioned shall be made in writing to the Ghana Property Mall plus a fee of GH¢ 50.
2.              Only property owners (with documentation to prove it) can request for a property to be auctioned or if it’s by a court order, the Ghana Property Mall must be furnished with a copy of this Order.
3.              The auctioning process shall start only after the Property Owner and the Auctioneer – Ghana Property Mall - have signed a contract stipulating the base amount to start off the auction and the commission payable to the Ghana Property Mall after the auction.
